Basic Documents:

1. Personal Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months with A/C Opening Date and Transaction must be regular, closing balance minimum 5-7 lac.
2. Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. Six (06) Months Valid Passport with Old Passport if have.
4. Visiting Card.
5. Recent Two (02) Copy Photo.
6. National ID card Copy.
7. Tax-Return certificate with acknowledge slip (last 3 years) MUST.
8. TIN Certificate.

For Business Person:

1. Company Bank Solvency Bank Statement of Last Six Months.
2. Blank Page of Office Pad.
3. Renewal Trade License.
4. Visiting Card.

For Job Holder:

1. NOC / Forwarding Letter.
2. Employee ID Card.
3. Salary Pay slip (if available).
4. (Government Order) or O.O (Office Order) for Official Passport.
5. BMDC Certificate for Doctor.

Others:

1. Marriage Certificate Copy (For family application only).
2. Nikahnama in Bangla if name not mentioned in passport/newly married.
3. Birth Certificate (Only for Child & Infant).

For Student:

1. Student ID card Photo Copy.
2. Forwarding Letter or Leave Letter from college or university.

Guarantor:

1. If the travel expenses are borne by a guarantor living in Japan.
2. Invitation letter (if you have a guarantor).
3. Document certifying or explaining relations to the guarantor (if you have a guarantor).
4. Guarantee letter.
5. Tax certificate, Bank statement of Income certificate (any one).
6. Citizen registration or certificate of foreigner registration and passport copy.

Photo requirements:

1. Size: 2in × 2in.
2. Two copy photos.
3. Taken within 3-month.
4. No borders and fit to each size.
5. No cap, hat and must face front.
6. No background and no shadow.
7. No photo rendering or digitally edited.
